"We enjoyed our vacation in Plazamar Serenity Resort. When we went on half day tour they prepared us a to go snack. The food was good. Everything was clean. Staff was nice."

"The location was great and overall the property is quite charming. Daily breakfast was excellent. Main things to know about this property: there is a lot of street noise (people partying, etc) and there's no elevator. While I wouldn't expect an older property to have an elevator, something to note is that the stairs are quite steep so you'll need to be mindful carrying your luggage up and down. All things aside, I'd definitely stay here again."

"We chose HSM Don Juan based on great price for half-board through Hotels.com, also due to convenient location and for parking space but we got much more out of it! All the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was fantastic both in selection and in taste, so we really enjoyed our stay. The weather wasn't adequate for the outdoor pool but never mind. Cleanliness was really good, although the room walls are very thin (possibly the only negative mark for us). Thanks."
