"This was a nice budget place to stay, tucked away off Piccadilly in Manchester. The room was nice and of a good standard. The building is very old, so does have some unevenness to the flooring and is quite narrow by today's standards. It's a generally very well looked after place and the staff were great. I really enjoyed it and will stay again. "

"My expectations were low given the review score, but I was pleasantly surprised and thought the hotel was great value for money. The hotel is a little dated but clean and comfortable and had everything I needed in a hotel on a city break - hot shower, comfy bed, hairdryer… staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great- less than ten mins walk from the main coach station where i arrived and departed from and i loved the area overall - lots of cute independent bars and restaurants in...

"Hotel was great. Sone areas starting to look a little rundown. Shower needs a larger piece of glass its impossible not to get the floor wet. No plugs by the bed for phone charging. No conditioner in shower if that matters to you. Tv didnt work when we got there and i had to fix it myself very dusty behind the tv. Other than that the hotel is great, restuaunt and starbucks in the lobby, very convenient. Would stay again"
