"Very good for families"
This complex is very central to the port and all the bars and restaurants, so plenty to do. However, it feels like a little haven of calm amongst all the hecticness of outside. It is really quite private and feels more out of the action than it is. We were so impressed with the level of cleanliness of the pool areas, which were mopped completely every evening, no mean feat. For us, the organised entertainment was a little intrusive to the peace and quiet, as you were always being encouraged to join in something! BUt I can imagine for families with young children wanting some time on their own, this would be a godsend.we have a lovely one bed apartment overlooking the pool, but I would imagine that some of the apartments has less wonderful outlooks. Worth a mention, the food in the Clubhouse was fresh and better than any of the other places we found along the beachfront. Would definitely go again for a a cheap warm break.

"Nice complex very central to Adeje."
My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights from the 16th of April. We chose this resort as a central location to visit our daughter who works on the Island. Our room was on the ground floor of block D which is literally about 10 steps from the bar of Micky O'Malley's (which is excellent by the way). The proximity of D block could be an issue to some guests because of early business opening (9 am.) and late night (midnight) party noise but as my wife and I are both early 50s and young at heart, this was not in any way inconvenient for us. The studio apartment was very comfortable although a bit tired and in need of a reboot. Our welcome at reception was warm and friendly and the staff were a credit to the resort. The complex itself is very clean and has all of the amenities that you would expect and then some more. Although we spent a fair amount of time away from the complex I must say I did very much enjoy the time spent in it. The complex enjoys support from the likes of the Wigan Bar, Micky O'Malley's and the Sun Inn (great food), all of which are excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again and look forward to doing so.

"Central to shops & restaurants, beautiful setting"
This hotel is a families dream, the spacious rooms are equipt with kitchens, family dining table, comfortable sofa beds, two lots of separate air conditioning units, two LCD wall mounted TVs and great sized bedrooms and a large family shower room. On the terrace you have out door furniture along with a very useful drying rack. At the hotel, there's a very active kids club, a well priced pool bar with great food. Each night there's different entertainment acts in the main lounge. The hotel does not cater for the masses, there are just two floors of rooms so you never feel its overcrowded or you're being treated like cattle. Everyone generally knows each other from previous years and there's also something about this place that i cant describe, but what i can say is that it keeps you coming back year on year.

"Lovely Apartment close to see and town"
We had a self catering apartment which was spacious, well equipped, and overlooked the sea. The bed was large and very comfortable. The hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere. The pool area and bar had plenty of loungers and again looked over the sea. The only negative was below our apartment there is a shopping complex with bars and loud music started playing about lunch time and continued all afternoon and evening, they do shut the doors of the bar about 7.30pm which dulls the singing a bit.

"Nice quiet hotel "
Everything very close by and lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment was cleaned regularly although the terrace was dirty and dusty and not cleaned when we were there, otherwise the staff were very helpful and pleasant and the pool area clean,

"Mums first time abroad!"
Great villa, clean and spacious with everything needed to make it a good stay. Mum would like to go back now. My favourite things were....the quiet moments with just the birds singing, the view of the mountains and sea and the sunny pathways between villas. Lovely place. Thank you.

"Basic but satisfying self-catering apartment excellent location near beach,"
The location near Fanabe beach is excellent for clean and well serviced beach. Near shops and restaurants plenty of choice to eat and drink, lots of english would prefer more authentic spansish cuisine. No top class restauarants found but adequate enough - prices sometimes steep for quality and unable to find really good white wines. Room was spacious and had great sea view, reception very helpful. Room sfae large and very handy. Rooms need re-decor and modernising but good value for money. Entertainment each night ok, typical spanish hotel style, plenty of karaoke bars if wanted further along the sea front. Lots of kids round pool but very close to beach. Would go again.

"Cheap and cheerful"
Reception staff ok but don't go out if their way to help and inform I disposed of 3 cockroaches during the week on the room. Terrible smell of cat spray from several stray cats around the outside areas. To fuzzy and no worlong remote. Fridge broken ice door and drinks side shelf. But not too many people at the time of year. Good cafe nice pools. Ok area out of the bustle but up a hill. Would go again for the price.

"Loved this Hotel"
We were only staying 2 nights (as stayed somewhere else previously) and booked a studio although we had 2 children, my mum and dad had a 1 bedroom staying for a week, so the plan was the kids would sleep with them. We got there at 10.30am although we couldn't check in until 5pm, we gave our details ready for checking in and decided to have a look around. By the time we had looked around, the receptionist called us over to say our room was ready!! Very impressed. Roses were given to the ladies and we were shown to our room by a very warm, friendly lady who told us all about the facilities and also said she had a surprise for us....we had been given a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the pool! Amazing. The kids could now stay with us, which would make it a lot easier. The living area, kitchen and bathroom were very modern. The bedrooms not so but still clean and comfy with towel dressing gowns for us to use. Good sized balcony with a table, 6 recline-able sun chairs, umbrella and a rack for drying clothes. Good amount of sun lounges around the pool although i can imagine in peak time there wouldn't be enough unless they have some in storage as there was a lot of space? Lots of activities to do, a big chess board, exercise pedals, play area. Past the play area was an area with lots of nice seating and double sunbeds with mattresses on, very quiet and a sun trap. Shows in the evening, singers etc. BBQ, Canarian, Paella nights etc. 2 happy hours. I would definitely stay here again!

Pocket Guide: Adeje Costa Adeje 3 stars Hotels

The northern extension of Playa de las Americas, Costa Adeje’s main attraction is the Puerto Colón marina from where there are numerous boat excursions and water sports. Nightlife is quiet and the resort’s championship golf course is one of the best in the Canary Islands. Just inland is the relatively unspoiled village of Adeje and, near here, the Barranco del Infierno (Hell’s Gorge), a picturesque lush ravine, very popular with walkers.
