"Our first stay in a Z Hotel and it greatly exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and well equipped - thank you for the larger than normal coffee cups in the room! Complimentary cheese and crackers in the afternoon (lovely!) and we had an inexpensive but really lovely breakfast at the hotel the next morning. Customer service was exceptional. "
