Although some hangers in closet, No hooks in the room to hang robes/ clothes etc Only 2 tea bags provided so had to keep asking for more which we didn't like to do.. the additional tea and milk were provided without any question. Our room was just by the internal corridor door which got quite disruptive with the continuous opening and closing as oeople walked through. Good Central location "

"The listing said the hotel had a restaurant. It doesn't, it has one next door which doesn't open until 9am, which was too late for us to have breakfast. This was a problem. The staff were very nice and helpful and found me a bottle opener when I asked. The room was comfortable, bathroom was a bit outdated and worn but v clean and the cost was very reasonable so I was very happy with it. Only other issue was that there was only one plug socket and it was above the built-in table and was so...

"We stayed at The Carlton Best Western Hotel Blackpool. Hotel was spotless, comfortable and the staff were lovely, very helpful , nothing was too much trouble for them. It is in a prime spot for buses, trams & taxis. Its also only a short walk into town centre. I would definitely be retaining in the near future."
