I had a lovely experience staying at the Luib Hotel, Nelly and James were fab hosts also down to earth no nonsense folk. Home cooked food was delicious, I had evening meals and Breakfasts. The hotel is on a busy main road however this didn't spoil my stay. My room which looked on to the road was well soundproofed , I had a wee well earned nap in the afternoon without being disturbed. I had my canine companion with me, Nelly made a fuss over him which made our stay even more enjoyable. There...

Wonderful stay! Lovely rooms and comfy beds! Probably the best breakfast we’ve had! Lovely homemade bread, smoothies and yoghurt pots! Hosts were lovely and accommodating! Would highly recommend this B&B

Our host, John was friendly and welcoming, with great local knowledge, and served up excellent cooked breakfasts. Inverardran was an excellent base for a short break in the west central Highlands, with good road connections to many areas of interest. I would have no hesitiation in recommending this guest house, and would be pleased to return.

From the moment we stepped inside the door, we knew we had made the right choice in choosing this hotel. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the décor is modern and cosy, and the staff are lovely. Room was great , enjoyed the shower as stayed in other hotels in callander and they were either frozen or no power. Had dinner in bar the food was cooked from scratch and very tasty. Staff are friendly.

Fabulous stay just for one night - lovely Hotel made very welcome when I arrived. Very well maintained and very comfortable and spacious room. Great location for the railway station. One of the best Hotel’s I have stayed in - and dog friendly. Will certainly return nothing not to like.

Great place to stay. We stayed in a Mongolian yurt, which was a unique experience, like glamping. The owners are wonderful people who prepared a 5-star breakfast for our family and complemented it with friendly conversation. Overall, it's a great place for people who want to escape soulless hotel chains and create sweet memories.

Hotel was full when we stayed . Room was quite small , you could just about get in. However the hotel is superbly situated at the bend in the river Tay , and you can sit outside enjoying the views. The bar and restaurant were very comfortable and the food was superb.

Really enjoyed our stay in the Royal Hotel. The staff were great, breakfast and dinner were really good and the bar was a great place to sit and have a quiet drink

While on a road trip through Scotland, my friends and I booked a room at this hotel, and we were SO PLEASED!! We stayed in Chalets 5 and 6 (members of the Beatles stayed in Chalets 1 and 6 once in 1964) and were really comfortable with lots of privacy and a FABULOUS view of the loch across the street. Breakfast was included in the price and was superb. I'm planning on bringing some family on a Scotland trip soon, and I've already decided we will be staying at The Four Seasons!!

Comfy beds, lovely view from top-floor bedroom. Tasty breakfast of whatever we wanted. Hostess was great company and even kindly dropped us off at an event venue to pick up our car.

A busy friendly pub hotel that made us feel very welcome. Very clean, very large comfy bed. A quiet large warm room and clean bathroom. Staff were friendly and obliging and breakfast delicious. Loved the fact a table at dinner was reserved even without asking and then you could choose not to take it. We did and the menu was varied in a dining room that took good COVID precautions. We enjoyed our dinner. Really great value for money and would definitely recommend.

Room we were given when we got there was a twin instead of the double booked. However this was resolved within 5 minutes in a cheerful and polite manner. Mistakes happen but a sign of a good hotel is how things are sorted out. Bar was cheerful with pleasant service. Food adequate and good value. Breakfast was excellent. A bonus was music in the lounge later on. Good for a bop!

I booked this for a surprise birthday gift, my friend is from Norway and he absolutely loved it. It's like having your own private apartment, the room was spotless and cleaned every day. Good facilities, coffee machine, kettle with choices of tea, coffee and hot chocolate, small fridge in the room with two bottles of water, comfortable bed and the shower was fantastic. The Arrochar Hotel is delightful. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a homely feel. I was surprised that several residents had dogs with them, so it's a dog friendly hotel. The lounge and bar area is cosy. One can choose to eat dinner in the lounge area near the bar, or in the dining room. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view over the lake. We really enjoyed our stay.
