"I did not enjoy my stay here, in terms of the room. The mattress was missing and I was forced to sleep on a box spring only. The floors could've been cleaner, extra towels & wash cloths should have been provided! There was insufficient toilet paper, as well. Then on top of that, I was asked to bring my trash out the room to dispose of it. It should be included within a cleaning once I vacate, even with this being a short term rental! "Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. "
