"Great stay for a solo traveller. Good location, free parking and very hospitable. Very reasonably priced too."

"Fairly basic but clean . Manager was very nice guy . Probably over priced for what it is . But no real complaints for a drop off close to M6"

"Don't book to stay it was closed spoke to some locals told it's a rip off booked on line payed money but could not find anyone there once again do not book this hotel hoping to get money back if possible on booking line looks nice in photos it's not boarded up"

"Hostel itself is very good with everything needed for a good stay. The road leading to the hostel however is almost unsuitable for vehicles and this is not mentioned when booking. Almost 1 mile of rough terrain is enough to cause significant damage."

"Pros - good location. Short walk into town. Room clean, modern & spacious. Self check in with good clear instruction prior to arrival. Cons - Car park full so had to pay for parking on car park next door. No plates at breakfast only cardboard dishes which made it difficult to butter toast as the bread wouldn't fit in the dish. Would definately stay here again though & just maybe arrive earlier to get a parking space."

"Staff could not have been more helpful. Home from home with super public areas and wonderful food. A gem we will visit again soon!"

"Lovely house highly recommended 👍👍"

"I'm afraid that I'm unable to give a report as I could get the code to access the property. \i had to book in to a hotel in town."

"Stayed for one night as was travelling to Oban from East Yorkshire so it was about half way. Bed was comfortable and good pressure on the shower. Had evening meal and breakfast. Both were good. Too much food for me but enjoyed what I had."

"Awesome location and great family who run it & awesome choice of breakfasts too plus got a drying room for wet clothes after your hikes"

"Cabin was clean and tidy, lovely location,if I’m in the area again would definitely return "
