"Guest house is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the station, town centre shops and seafront yet situated on a quiet back street, room was on the top floor with no lift, small but great value for the budget traveller and with very friendly hosts."

"Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. Family of 4 had to hike to get some food in a local restaurant and wait for a call from the property management team. In the meantime I found a different...

"The few days were spent in a very comfortable apartment that had all the necessary fixtures and fittings to support our stay. However, the only concern was that the quilt on the beds were not summer quilts and as such sleeping was a problem, so much so that one of us slept in a single bed in the other bedroom. Perhaps this change during the summer months could be considered."
