Fantastic property in a perfect location for Venice and the airport. Can’t fault it.

A really convenient location right opposite the airport terminal. Very quiet and comfortable. Both the bedroom and bathroom were a good size and made it a perfect overnight stop. Worth knowing there's no check-in desk or reception but there is a small honesty bar outside with some drinks, snacks and microwavable meals. There is a small seating area outside but it's next to the bins and we found there to be a few mosquitos around so worth staying in the room!

Casa Rosanna, in the small northern Italian town of Meolo, is a gem. It's a separate business (but apparently the same owners) of the restaurant downstairs. It's not a hotel, not a motel, but more like a bed-and-no-breakfast. So there is no lobby, no room service, no gym, no conference room. Once you get your key and your instructions of how things work, you're on your own! There is no sign for "Casa Rosanna"; instead, look for "Trattoria Roma" - that's where Casa Rosanna is. Perfect spot overlooking the lagoon, with views of Venice and Burano from the balcony. Staff really helpful with the desk manned the majority of the time even though its a small property. Murano is busy by day quiet by night with most things closed by 19:00. There is a 24 hour ferry to the main Venice island from the Navagero stop which is 1 minute walk from the property.

Exceptionally helpful staff and a lovely family atmosphere made this pleasant 2-star hotel exceed our expectations. The owners were so friendly and took special care to recommend easy transport to Venice. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was a little weak, but OK.

Has everything I needed for a night sleep within 20min by foot from Venice airport.

Fantastic place would definitely recommend. Bus to Venice 1 min walk away and Train Station 5 minutes if you want to leave Venice for a day trip. Family who ran are incredibly friendly and they take very good care of the place. Can easily recommend to anyone. Thanks for the great stay.

Staff were very warm and welcoming, provided us with lots of useful information including restaurant recommendations based on what we were looking for. Breakfast was good, room was lovely! Only negative about our stay was a very noisy bar close to the hotel, music was very loud until around 11pm - this is no criticism of the hotel itself and noise was manageable with earplugs despite me being a very light sleeper. Location is perfect and we would stay here again

The staff members were very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is also very close to the Venice Santa Lucia station
