"Perfectly serviceable for a short stay. Clean, comfortable and well located."

"Wonderful stay!"

"Ideally located near the beach, perfect location for a nice getaway"

"Kind staff, clean spacious room, kitchen with everything you need to cook."

"Breakfast was good"

"Staff Heather was lovely. Thanks"

"Good location and staff are very helpful. But we only found out rooms are literally above the pub and a bit outdated. Name of the hotel also misleading and we thought it was by the water"

"Building site, semi naked men drinking and lighting bonfires in the car park, litter everywhere! After waiting nearly 2hrs in 30° heat to get in our room, we booked elsewhere"

"Great location just off the high street but nice and quiet Free parking Nice comfy bed Good shower "

"Room above a busy pub so (as expected) noise late night at weekend. The room was OK, clean and warm but don't expect anything special, the price of the room reflects that compared to other places in Ryde. No shampoo or shower gel provided, so I got some from nearby pound land. Check in was handled quickly and friendly. Biggest problem was an awful stench in one of the corridors leading to the room and a pile of discarded furniture/junk too."

"Close to port. Rooms above pub noisy on Friday night, but quiet after 12pm, so not a problem at all! Would definitely stay here again!"

"I couldn't get in to the property. I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. I rang Hotels.com, who were very helpful. But they were unable to get me a refund. I had not read the reviews for the place, but I sugest that if you want to make booking...

"Nothing was good."

"Good"

"It was a complete mess, I was robbed and they gave access to two other people who weren't allowed in the room, and they didn't refund what I paid."

"The room its self was clean but very tired. It was very cold as the window/door lets in a draught (old building) but we were provided with a large blanket on arrival but the electric fire in the room was more for decoration rather than heat. The staff were happy to help with our requests for extra towels and coffee. It was a very unique experience."

"We stayed 3 nights food was outstanding and great value , staff are amazing. Great location for exploring the area ."

"Great place to stay and honest trustworthy staff 5 stars. I left my wallet and keys in the room and the staff kept everything safe for me. Many thanks"

"Amazing place to stay! Will definitely be booking again when I come back to Hampshire"
