The room was a good size with a great sea view. Breakfast was served in the bar area and was plentiful and very tasty. The room was clean and cute and the beds very comfortable. Loved to wake up in the morning and sit on the balcony, also slept the windows open to hear the sea. The restaurant downstairs closes at 10pm but there was no disturbance whatsoever even on the weekend, you could hardly even hear it to the room. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, they also got us a table in the restaurant even when there was a line outside. The restaurant also had very good vegan options, so we didn't even need to go find a place to eat in the evenings. Loved having breakfast before the restaurant opened, watching the sea in the homely atmosphere. Excellent food served all day in a relaxed atmosphere by attentive staff. This great venue attracted a lot on non-resident customers and there was a real buzz as guests enjoyed their relaxed meal eating great food and enjoying a wide variety from the bar.. As residents we were recognised and welcomed and felt very looked after. The food was amazing and being seated in a nice little table in the corner was perfect for me and I didn't feel isolated.... thank you so much. The view was amazing from the balcony and so nice to hear the waves whilst in bed. The sea view twin room with balcony was very good for what we needed and was clean and presentable. Breakfast was good with waitress service. Staff very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Restaurant very popular throughout the day and night and the meals we had were very good with fresh ingredients and a variety of choices. Ideal location for direct access to the beach. Lift or shuttle bus to Shanklin town and local attractions if you don’t fancy the steep walk. With regular buses to other parts of island too. We had a sea view room with a small balcony Room was small but quite a lot of storage. The bathroom could do with additional shelving or storage for toiletries The rooms are not serviced. We were advised to speak to staff for anything we required daily. The breakfast options don’t include much in the way of a non fried meal.
