"We stayed at this property due to its proximity to Georgetown University. The commute was 15 minutes. The property itself is a little older and could use some updating, but we were satisfied with our short stay."

"We could not have asked for better... especially for the prive. It was in a safe location and only about 1 mile to the metro link. The parking is free and the parking spots were wide enough to protect your doors. The breakfast was hot, good and varied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If I were to come back for another visit to DC, this is where I would stay again."

"The property was great, but Expedia never confirmed with the hotel. They didn’t have my confirmation or name or anything. Thankfully they had a room available. The hotel made it right but I’m disappointed in Expedia."

The climate control wasn't working in our original room and we had to be moved to a different unit. The ground floor smelled strongly of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking building. Window screens were busted and torn in many windows, lamps in both rooms we saw were dented or twisted out of shape, and no soap was available for washing the provided dishes (our room...
