My stay here was very last minute due to cancelled flights. However, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the accommodations were simple but clean and very comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Good location, slightly on the north that safe side at night but felt ok til 10pm. Great parking around the corner. Front stall gave excellent tips where to eat and where to go. Initially we were given a room that faced another wall. On second try we were offered a room with an open view which made a big difference especially because the rooms are small. Would go back and recommend Motto to friends.

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Gym was nice, bed was comfy. I wish the micro-hotel concept was more clear up-front. The rooms are *very* small, and the bathroom doors are not exactly opaque. There is no fridge or microwave, though ice is available in lobby. Let's just say it's definitely not a long stay hotel, more of a "I need a place to sleep after a concert" before heading home the next day hotel. Also, there is no loading area or luggage cart. The area out front is not the best. I don't think anything dangerous per se, just a lot of loitering and weed smell. It is convenient if you are attending something at the convention center.
