"The hotel and staff is really fantastic. It was clean, had a beautiful view, good breakfast, good location. This only thing I could say bad is that the water in the shower never got hot - luke warm at best. I wasn't too concerned as we were just passing through with a one night stay, but would have contacted the front desk if I was staying longer."

"An elegant hotel in a historic building in an interesting and historic neighborhood. Close to the waterfront, the Smith Observatory tower, and other attractions of interest to tourists. A short walk from the Amtrak train and bus station and the sports arena. This was the second time that I stayed at this hotel and I would stay here again in the future."

"I have stayed here several times in the past. The convenience for me is the hospital being right there. I can get a wheelchair to pick me up and take me to check in for surgery. The beds are comfortable and clean. My room was clean enough. The one thing that they need to do is update the carpets and furniture and paint. It is beginning to look rather worn and old. I will stay here again and recommend them to friends and others."
