We were greeted ao warmly by the front desk when arriving. They were really kind and upgraded us to a higher floor which was appreciated as this was our holiday staycation with our kids. Everyone was so friendly which is not all to common in the city of Seattle. Our kids had a blast at the pool and they felt like royalty/kevin from home alone. It was a spontaneous one night stay to cap off spring break and it was so worth it!
