The chefs here couldn't find any in US, so they traveled to Thailand and learned how to make it themselves. The result: The creamiest, most flavorful coconut ice cream you can imagine. The Thai tea ice cream was tasty too, but not as creamy - it had a somewhat crumbly texture. Next time we'll be trying the lychee and longan flavors.
