"Arrived too early. Had to wait until 3p. Never received a call that the room was ready however someone else was checked in before me smh. My room stank had to sleep with my windows open for two nights. The parking was great, though I did not park in the garage I still got charged. We did feel safe in the facility and around the area. My last night the Asian lady at the front was rude snatching my key cards and slamming it on the desk. Breakfast was great. Edna was great!"

"It would've been really nice if there was enough parking in the parking garage that you PAY to use, AND actually have space for other then a COMPACT car not everyone has a compact car. The few spots that would have worked there was either pole in the way or a pipe above. We ended up having to park on the upper level outside, no cover. And in our opinion really defeated the purpose of Paying to park in the "Parking Garage". I really wish you take all this into consideration and fix your parking garage. We weren't the only ones that had a hard time trying to find somewhere to park either. We don't even drive a huge car either, we have an Edge. Which is a pretty normal size vehicle."

"We love staying here. The staff is what makes it most enjoyable. Beds are cozy and the fireplace and balconies are a nice addition. Easy to get places from here as it is so central to the Eastside. We look forward to coming back."
