Great location, very close to Pike Place and other attractions.

Lots of cruisers stay here. Most helpful was luggage holding b4 check in time and shuttle to cruise terminal. Coffee was delicious. At check in, I told the rep. that I'll be needing shuttle service to cruise terminal and was told it's taking care of. My intuition told me otherwise hence I checked with another rep. the following day and sure enough, my name wasn't on it. She proceeded to do so for me. So, always double check!!! I feel that a $4 to wash or dry is a bit much. Even on the cruise, it's only $3. Also, there are lots of homeless people hanging around, depends where you walk, some walkway reeks of urine odor.

Just a few blocks off the waterfront. Plenty of dining in the area.

I've been staying at the MPH for over 20 years. This last trip, the place felt a bit sad. There were understaffed in every way, from check-in to valet. The staff we did encounter were friendly though managing too many things at once. The first room we had was really run down, though they kindly upgraded us. Overall, we had a good stay, though the decline in service may keep me from coming back.
