"I've stayed at this property multiple times and it's been good-great reach trip to Bogota. However this trip there is a noticable drop in the hotel standards. Usually they would not allow someone to have their television in high volumes. But for the past 2 hours(630pm) today 4/26/2024 this had been the case. "Well, I spent 2 nights. 1- bed was horrible. It was like sleeping in a sofa-bed type of mattress, thin. 2- Hot water wasn’t constant… 3- No AC, even tho it was a 18th floor… the only ventilation was if you open the windows (2 small ones) which was okay at night but you can hear all the noise and honking noise all night and morning 4- The toilet was clogged and there was no overnight service to attend the situation. Would I stay there again? No"
