This hotel was VERY nice, from the lobby to the rooms!! Super spacious, clean, and newly renovated rooms. I would definitely return to this property. Its location was good for public transportation, restaurants, and concerts/events at Vive Claro.

This is a very nice hotel in a good part of town. We found the staff very helpful and the amenities right on. My wife was sick and we ordered room service. The food was great.

We stayed overnight as part of a layover. We actually changed the hotel we were staying at to be able to go to the Japanese rooftop restaurant without having to travel from the hotel. Check in staff was helpful. But the bed was very uncomfortable (hard), the sheets were rough, and our restaurant experience at Ushin was frankly really bad. We had made a reservation earlier in the week with specific details about wanting a window seat for a special occasion - and although there was one available, we were not taken to that table without asking. The waitress was not able to describe the menu choices and had a less than friendly demeanor. We waited over 30 minutes for our last dish and it was difficult to get anyone to cash us out. The food was very average. Leaving at 5 am there was a long line for checkout with minimal staff to assist. Given the cost of the rooms at this hotel, I would have expected a lot more and wouldn’t stay there again.
