"Decepcionante. Empezó muy mal cuando tuve que pagar mes de $50 por hacer el check in despues de las 20, con amenza de dejarme en la calle habiendo pagado ya la estancia. El mantenimiento del Apto horrible, basta señalar que el baño no tiene un lugar donde colgar la toalla. El gel de baño a punto de acabarse. Las lamparas del dormitorio nofuncionaban. La limpieza dejaba mucho de deeaer y cobran $40 por hacerla. Las puertas de los muebles cocina caídas. El menaje de cocina muy escaso. En resumen,...

"I only stayed here for one night, which I was pretty pleased with... The staff were lovely and helpful, especially with storing our luggage for a few days in advance so we wouldn't have to carry it during our short Montevideo trip! The reception area is really cool and stylish, would've been nice to have more time to hang out there! The place is on a busy corner downtown, so you can hear everything from the rooms but not from the reception area. Great if you want nice urban views, not great...

"Location is great, beds were very comfortable, as was the room. The only drawback was that there was only one key per room and we were a party of 3. We managed around it but having an additional key for guest use would have made planning easier. Having the small kitchenette was a great convenience and overall cleanliness of the room was very good."

"Hard to sleep becauae it was a lot of noise from the reception, you can heard all conversations from first floor. Beside that everything was ok until they provide me a voucher for the breakfast that never happened, I travel for years and never in my life received a vaucher of a restaurant 2 blocks away from any hotel. The indications for me was a lie, I never found the supposed restaurant, I walk like 30 minuts around without map, juat a number that doesn't exist. When I came back to the hotel...

"Nos gusto el hotel. La ubicacion es excelente. Esta en el centro de la ciudad con restaurantes, tiendas alrededor. Cuartos estan limpios. Camas un poco incomodas pero se duerme bien. El personal muy amable y buen servicio. "

"Orbitz adverise this hotel as it is in puerto madero area and it is not ..this is so unsafe area. Also orbitz adevrtise this hotel has shuttle to airport for $1000 PESOS..but they ask aroubf 6500!!! There is no access to the hotel with car ! I had to ask the taxi to wait for me on Esmeralda street to upload the luggage one by one, i had to walk with my luggage to the hotel. THE WORST HOTEL "

"The staff was very friendly. I made international calls and the property didn't charged me because it was for my family. That is so nice of them!!! The area felt safe for me during the day. I didn't go out out late at night but that's a general rule of thumb when you travel internationally. "It was very good but I consider excessive the price that charged me when I arrived and I want early check-in. I paid $33 for 1 night and I get charged when I arrived for early check-in $20 I"
