The staff truly stand out — super helpful and accommodating. Online check-in was easy, and luggage storage was available, which made arrival and departure days stress-free. The complimentary breakfast was very nice, with a good selection to start the day. Overall, Principado Downtown is an excellent choice for anyone wanting comfort, convenience, and outstanding location in Buenos Aires. I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!"
