"I love this hotel! Every one was so helpful and accomodating and the free breakfast is really delicious. I wish we have this kind of establishment back in the USA. I have nothing but good words for everyone. Its clean, nice and just an awesome place to stay at when youre in Buenos Aires."

Great staff, good room with very comfortable bed, lent me a plug adapter when I needed it, welcoming and friendly restaurant staff and good transfer shuttle to the airport

Breathtaking hotel oozing with class luxury and grandeur. Very good breakfast in classy surroundings. High tea was a great experience, great varieties of home made blends and tasty nibbles. Lovely Hermes toiletries in bathroom, chic neighbourhood. Excellent concierge service. I definitely recommend

Very helpful staff and clean property in a great part of town. Breakfast was also very good. The only minor downside was the gym equipment was quite tired and due for replacement.

Often boutique hotels have more style than substance, but this does not apply to the Ilum Experience. The helpfulness of the staff, the excellent breakfast, the comfort of the rooms all made this a very good (Ilum) experience

Lovely little hotel in Palermo. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Wonderful. Beautifully decorated. We had a suite and the stay was fabulous.

We don't usually write reviews but felt we had to after spending two great weeks at Casa Sur Bellini. The hotel exceeded all our expectations in terms of location, size of room, cleanliness and facilities. Overall though, what made this hotel special was the helpfulness and cheerfulness of the staff. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to get the most out of our stay in Buenos Aires. The reception staff helped us book trips and advised us about where to go and what to see. I only stayed one night but it was a perfect location for taking a stroll around the lovely Recoleta area. Plenty of historic buildings, its also close to the river front with great restaurants.

I'd stay again in a heart beat. Only criticism was the very basic continental breakfast included: a glass of orange juice, dried mini bread, cheap cheese and processed ham slices and a fruit chunks (from a can) in an individual pot.
Reception staff were EXCELLENT and the room felt brand new and was very clean.

Safe clean hotel in a great area to stay as a tourist . Staff were exceptional, the manager even made our daughter a colouring book to accompany a long journey. All staff spoke good English and were helpful with local area information and arranged currency exchange at good rates.
The hotel was very child friendly.
Nice breakfast buffet in the basement each day.
We had a large suite room which was large with private balcony.
Good restaurants and cafes just minutes from hotel.
