We are a family of 4 adults. We stayed at Carles hotel 2 times during our Argentina trip - Upon arrival and prior to departure back home. Carles hotel very centrally located in very clean and quiet area. Almost all major sight seeing locations were within 2 miles of the property. We either just walked or used Uber. The hotel offers good breakfast within the hotel. The staff were all very responsive to our requests and were efficient. The hotel is very close to the Buenos Aires domestic airport. The hotel arranged transfers to from the airports at very reasonable cost. Transfers were on time and kept us informed for the arrival at the airport. We are pleased with our stay. And will stay at the Carles Hotel again if we visit Buenos Aires

I arrived before check in time and my room was ready so I was able to go to my room. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The staff were helpful with describing the hotel amenities and assisting with directions as I explored the city. They surprised me with a sweet treat and note on my birthday. This hotel has a special place in my heart!
