Location is great, beds were very comfortable, as was the room. The only drawback was that there was only one key per room and we were a party of 3. We managed around it but having an additional key for guest use would have made planning easier. Having the small kitchenette was a great convenience and overall cleanliness of the room was very good.

The location of the property is nice. Our room is so dusty, uncomfortable and central air condition is not working. When we arrived in our room, the vent was closed which is a big question mark. I asked the middle aged man, maybe a supervisor to check our room, so he open the vent and he said that they have centralized air condition. There was a ceiling fan but the remote control is not working. That man told us that that will get fixed in 10 minutes, it did not happened. The room is not ready , NO TOWELS. I asked that man to just provide us another room but he said they are fully booked. First night, we asked the front desk if we can borrow electric fan, they said they don’t have any. Second day when we came back from our tour, front desk is using electric fan, so we asked them if we can borrow the fan because we are not comfortable with our room because it is so hot,. Then that night they have another fan in the front desk. is our room just a STORAGE ROOM? DUSTY, VENT CLOSED, REMOTE CONTROL NOT WORKING, CENTRALIZED AIR NOT WORKING, NO TOWELS . NO FAN? We are so DISAPPOINTED.

Dirty hotel - Stay away

Dirty hotel, stay away. when I walked into my room, I found long hair on my bed, when I went to take a shower, bath tub had lot of hairs. This hotel needs major renovation and major cleaning. Bathroom looks like from 50's. I was planning to stay 4 days and had to find another hotel. STAY AWAY. The only thing good about this hotel is that its at a very good location.

The room is newly renovated, comfy bed with a small kitchen. Prime location very close to Obelisco and shopping streets. However, the heating system of the whole building were malfunction. Even when it was working, the air outlet is too small to heat up the room. Do not stay during protest, parade or any celebrations in BA if you are light sleeping. People can be on the street making noise until 2 am. Apart from that everything is good. Staff are very helpful espacially Wendy. She gave me tips for restaurants and place to go around the city.

The location is great. Check in was horrible. Two clerks were working. One started with us and said to check in on line. He said he would be with us when he finished his money deposit. After 20 minutes he was ready to help us. Meanwhile the other client helped people who came in after us. When we got to our assigned room someone was already in there. The water in the new room did not stay a consistent temperature while showering. As a place to sleep one night it is adequate.

La atención del Personal es algo que resaltar en este Hotel, desde la confirmación de mi reserva hasta que sali de la puerta del Hotel todos fueron muy atentos y amables, el desayuno es continental y se sirve en el Café que está a un lado. Un hotel céntrico a pasos del Obelisco y muchos restaurantes. La habitación que reserve tenía cocineta, las camas cómodas, definitivamente regresaría aquí.

Acreditamos nas avaliações positivas e quebramos a cara. Nossa experiência não foi boa. Tivemos problemas pontuais que foram reportados, mas não solucionados, recepção é educada e simpática, mas não resolve nada, igual políticos, prometem tudo, mas zero ação. Já a localização é excelente. A estrutura é velha, o box da cama estava faltando pés, fez com que o colchão afundasse, logo, dor nas costas. Meu marido chegou a dormir no chão pra ter um alívio, porque avisou sobre várias vezes, mas não fizeram nada pra resolver, tv horrível pra usar a internet e com pouquíssimos canais,  limpeza também deixa muito a desejar. Compramos diárias com café da manhã, anunciado como buffet, mas, na verdade, é assim: você recebe um ticket na recepção do hotel e vai a uma cafeteria anexa, lá tem um cardápio extremamente limitado para os hóspedes do hotel, com pouquíssimas opções salgadas, apenas 2, um misto quente ou ovos mexidos com 1 pão, torradas, 1 copinho de suco artificial, café, leite e achocolatado. Se você espera por um bom café da manhã de hotel, como nós brasileiros estamos acostumados,za com frutas, esqueça. Tudo muito caro, inflamação nas alturas. O fogão do quarto praticamente não funciona, dizem que por medidas de segurança o fogo é baixíssimo, praticamente apagado, então deveria avisar que ele não serve para cozinhar, é só um objeto de decoração, pois fizemos mercado e tivemos que jogar algumas coisas fora, se você pensar em comprar alguma coisa p cozinhar e economizar, esqueça.
