The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. "The house is nothing special but the bed was comfortable to sleep in and it was in the location we needed to visit family. The kitchen smelled like something was rotting, I think the bins hadn't been disposed of properly before we arrived. There also weren't any towels even though the advert says there will be. It's an okay place to stay as long as you're not expecting luxury."

"Great location for the Bronte Parsonage Museum - just a 10 minute walk - with the shops and bars/cafes of Main Street just a 3 minute walk. Lovely big park directly opposite. House was small but very clean and bed was comfortable. Only small things really - the kitchen bin would not stay closed, which may have contributed to the slightly musty smell. "A fantastic apartment with lovely hosts. Lesley was very helpful from first booking, being welcomed when we arrived and the communication during our stay was perfect. The annex was extremely clean and well appointed and very quiet. There was milk in the fridge as well as coffee and tea. Could not fault the is property and would definitely book again."
