    We liked: Great location, close to the tourist centre of Ghent, & a modern, spacious apartment. Also offering the option of some paid private car parking was invaluable as parking is not so easy in Ghent. We didn't like: We had the worst nights sleep in all of our three week holiday travelling around Europe. The bedrooms were unbearably hot & airless even with the windows vented. No fans or air-conditioning were available, & when we opened the windows wide we were inundated with mosquitos which had a great feed on us. So not only did we awake tired, but covered in bites!…

    This property is in a fantastic location. The breakfast room was charming and the selection of food and drink was quite large. There was street construction so we were put in an annex building, which the manager said would be quieter. There was an air conditioner. The room was large and clean and comfortable but furniture was a bit dated. However, the shower was fabulous, plenty of hot water and adjustable shower head. The bar is a tiny room off reception and selection of liquors is a bit limited but good wines and beer. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.…
