9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (117)
"We had a really great stay in Wells. The property is in a brilliant location, right in the centre of Wells, yet still very quiet. The property itself is very comfortable and well equipped. Couldn't ask for more. The parking is tight, but if you can reverse, you'll be fine! Highly recommended."

"When I went to check in the person behind the counter told me I did not have a reservation. This then began a series of events that caused significant stress. My phone was out of power as was my lap top. I took my lap top to a neighboring hotel where I was able to see I DID have a reservation. That person was not there when I returned but check in was fine. When I eventually saw the person in question he said I must have made the reservation that day with no apology"
