"We enjoyed our time here; Richard was easy to contact and is very generous with items/ foods etc for us to use. It’s probably the best equipped kitchen of houses we have stayed in. The beds were comfortable, the showers were easy to use and the garden area is beautiful. The ducks charmed our grandchildren and we enjoyed the hot tub. "The perfect property for us to stay in for a few nights with our two young children while visiting family who live in Warrington. Our newly walking 11 month old had plenty of space to wonder around safely. Lymm is a beautiful town with everything you need there. "A lovely, welcoming property, which was perfect for a catch up, with ample beds, towels and bedding, enough utensils for cooking a quick meal before relaxing with drinks on the patio, in the hot tub, in the airy living space or all of the above! "Perfect for exploring Chester on foot and close to the station. Lovely comfy beds but the house itself was not as clean as I would have liked and there are a few maintenance issues but nothing to spoil the stay. We had a great week there. The size of the house was perfect for our family of 5 with older teenagers, not a huge amount of living space for a bigger group though."
