"The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations."

"I had an amazing stay at this beautiful flat! The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the local attractions by tram. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sea view, which made my mornings and evenings truly special. The host was incredibly accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in early, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable stay!"

"On our 2nd and final night we returned at 22h30 to find a faulty door lock so could not enter the apartment. Tried calling agent but no answer just a message saying ti call a certain number. It was the same number so what was the point of that message! So had to find a hotel late at night and had only clothes we were stood up in. "The apartment has everything we needed, kitchen well stocked although we didn’t cook.. would have like some mugs as had to make tea in glasses. Bedroom wall needs some attention - paint and plaster flaking off. No air conditioning on this visit as it was being fixed but the owner provided two fans which were more than satisfactory. "Absolutely LOVED the studio apartment with the most amazing view. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and quiet. It was wonderful to comeback every day from our day trips to this tranquil villa with spacious green spaces and sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Parking space on the property is included which is a bonus. We walked or took the train most days. It is a bit of a steep walk from town to the villa but doable."

"Great location in old town Nice.walking distance to beach, bars, and restaurants. Well appointed apartment. Comfortable beds. Comfortable furniture. There are one floor of stairs that was not disclosed. The elevator in the listing goes from first floor up. Also, there are three Irish pubs very close to the unit which are very loud until at least 1 or 2 in the morning. Again, not disclosed. Ear plugs were provided."

Little bit of a confusion that the listing said there was a kayak and bikes on site no they had to be hired at a hotel on the coast. But it didn't matter the place was amazing and so was the pool. "The hotel is in an excellent location, away from the busy areas but with direct access to the promenade. Restaurants and shopping are a short walk away. You can walk to and from the old town and markets or use the tram or hire lime bikes to return. We had a hire car and parking was easy, we used Parking du Palais Masséna which is very close to the hotel. Beach clubs are close or you can hire a beach towel from the hotel. Our room was clean with plenty of hot water and had a wonderful sea view. Toiletries were limited though. We would love to return to Nice and would book again at this hotel due to its location, cleanliness and value for money. "
