Je ne sais quoi!

This was the perfect apartment for our group of six! We had both enough space for privacy as well as a great area for relaxing and cooking meals together. Arrival and check-in was so easy (to include being fortunate to have met the wonderful Karine). The location was great, communication was excellent, and the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry were well stocked. We have been to Nice many times and this was the best place we’ve stayed!

Our place was great, right in center of everything. Yes, it was a bit noisy at night but ear plugs were provided and air conditioning allowed you to close windows. Great space for 3 couples!! And Nice is wonderful!!

Absolutely Amazing!

We loved everything about this apartment. The location can’t be beat, in the middle of everything. It’s actually better than the pictures. Well stocked with everything you need to enjoy Nice. I would highly recommend it to anyone, and would definitely stay there again.

The house is lovely and had everything you need. It was really hot when my family and I went so thank goodness for all the air conditioning units in each room as well as one in the living area.The location is superb. We have been to Nice several times. We LOVE it! We always stay in the Old Town. Our kids enjoy the hustle and bustle and we like the proximity to the beach. Karine's property is wonderful! A five out of five!

Great apartment in old town near beaches, restaurants and shopping

More than glad to recommend this lovely apartment! We (family of four with young adult kids) stayed almost a week in August. The location is fantastic. In old town, its a short walk to the beach. Shopping, restaurants and bars are right downstairs. There is some nightlife noise. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The air conditioning is great. The kitchen is well stocked. The managers are very good. They proactively communicated, providing us with local info. They responded quickly to requests. We look forward to returning to Nice!

Quality 5 star apartment in the heart of Nice

The apartment was lovely, fully equipped and well located right in the heart of Old Town Nice. The communications with the owner and property manager was excellent and there were plenty of recommendations on restaurants, specialist shops and things to do.

Fabulous location, although it could be loud with revellers outside in the evenings the tripple glazed windows shut most of that out. very friendly host with good recommendations

Lovely apartment in the old town Nice. Very central for everything. The only problem was one of the showers was flooding onto the floor of the bathroom. I informed the owner and the manager but didn't hear back from them.

A wonderful apartment in the heart of Old Town Nice

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It really is in the center of all the action in Old Town, so a lot of energy day and night. Property manager was attentive and helped with any requests we may have. Highly recommend!
