"Jane was an amazing hostess! The night we arrived, she prepared us tea and delicious strawberry crumpets, it was a lovely gesture after the journey getting to her lovely house. Her breakfasts were wonderful and she was very helpful in helping us decide which hikes/walks to do while on Skye. I cannot recommend this place enough - room was spacious and very clean, good sized bathroom too. "This is a quiet, rural location near the ocean and accessed via single track. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Comfy bed. Breakfasts were varied and quite good. The hosts are super. You'll have to drive to find dining options but there are many within a 15-minute drive. "

"Eileen Isay was the perfect central location for us to explore Isle of Skye. Dunvegan Castle, Fairy Pools, prehistoric Brochs, hiking in the Cuillins and our favourite hike The Quiraing. Absolutely jaw dropping scenery and magic weather all week. The cottage was ideal for us, cosy, warm, very comfy bed and everything we needed. "This home was a wonderful spot for 5 adults and 1 infant to stay while exploring Skye. We really appreciated the 3 bathrooms and the central location to explore the area. The kitchen is fabulous, everything you could want to prepare food to eat in or to take on a picnic. We took the owners advice and stocked up on groceries when we passed through Portree. "Quaint cottage directly on the Loch Bay. Clean and comfortable. Garden with seating and table. Stone beach with water access. Found many pieces of colorful pottery and glassware! There are two restaurants, one is Loch Bay which is Michelin awarded. Weeks wait to get a reservation. The other is Stein. Reservations suggested. No other food, so stop at a Co-O prior to arriving!"
