"Absolutely loved our stay in St Ives. Green Apple b&b exceeded all expectations and we will definitely be back. Adrian is a truly wonderful host who made us feel comfortable at all times and nothing was too much trouble. He was always available when we needed him and extremely pleasant to talk to. He is very clued up about the area, this helped us a lot. We also aren't the type of family who would normally eat continental breakfast as we prefer a full english, but it was so lovely! Crown Inn
2.5 star property
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (23)
"Although it was just for one night, we really enjoyed our stay at the Crown Inn. It is located in an old part of Goldsithney, Penzance where old stone buildings flank narrow streets. Parking is on the street, but we had no trouble finding a spot near the Inn. Rooms are located on the second floor, with the pub, dining room and kitchen occupying the first floor. The pub was crowded and full of local flavor when we had a drink before retiring. The staff was working very hard to keep their...

Beach Cottage - Porthcothan - a cottage that sleeps 7-11 guests in 6 bedrooms
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (12)
"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
