"The 'Pendine Sands B B' is adjacent to a spectacular looking medivial church. (By the way: we attended a Sunday Mass and we were taken aback by the warmth of the congregation, with which we - total strangers - were welcomed). The entire area is very serene and calming. The hosts are the kindest people we have met for as long as I can remember. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. Everything in this property is spotless and to the highest of standards. "We arrived for a two day stay and Mike could not of been more welcoming or helpful, he even moved his car so our scooters could have hard standing to park on, the room was amazing with a separate lounge area and spotlessly clean, the bed was huge and very comfortable, plenty of hot water for a shower and an abundance of tea/coffee on the tray. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it with Joycelyn at hand to accommodate all the requests and top of up with tea. We had a very relaxing, chilled out...

"Was visiting family at a farm 3 miles away and chanced upon this goldmine of a b and b when scouring the area for somewhere to stay for 2 nights. Tracey is an excellent host - very hard working and most attentive. Found time to talk to all the guests even when preparing breakfasts ( well cooked , hot when needed). 5 rooms and a regular home from home - with the added bonus of Tracey who genuinely was interested to hear guests stories ( I assure you they were not complaints but to the contrary)....

"Property was as advertised and sufficient for our 4 night stay. The main bedroom could do with a black out blind attached to the wall, the one provided you had to stick to the window and it fell down the first night. A couple of the floor boards in the bedrooms both need fixing down. Great location for the beach!"

"Property was clean , tidy and spacious . Facilities were good . Internet was good and it was a 2 min walk from the beach . Couple of restaurants locally .One was shut for a couple of weeks but lamphey and Pembroke are a short drive away . Directions were very good and property was easy to find "
