You never know what you will get. Overall, nice place to stay. As far as telling people to wash there dish items is fine, but you really need to tell your cleaing service to check to make sure they have cleaned them. Some of the coffee cups had to be washed before they could be used and 1 coffee pot was very dirty. It is clean...

"This is an amazing property!! The house exceeded our expectations! Loads of room and the host provided many games in the house.. Ms Pacman, ping pong, air hockey, and foosball, to name a few!! "We enjoyed the location, home and proximity to the ocean! One bathroom in main house can be a bit taxing! The separate house with full bathroom, laundry and kitchenette is quaint and cozy! Beach access is around the construction site next door. You cannot climb up and over the dunes. This house has a huge back porch with beautiful sunset views!! We enjoyed this trip immensely!!!"
