It is a nice hotel. However, it is small, they do not have room service. Small refrigerator inside the room is empty. You cannot find even a water in your room. Vallet parking is a bit problematic. You need to wait for a long time to leave and then to get the car back from the front.
We loved the idea of being in the 'old town' of Quebec and this hotel did not disappoint! The flowers on the outside and the room on the inside were exactly what we were looking for as a get away from city life. Through our window we could hear the horse hooves as the carriages made their way around the city, and it had a great location to the Citadel and wall!
Had a great experience from the beginning to end. Front desk staff was superb and very welcoming. We got a beautiful and spacious room with very comfortable beds and a wonderful view of the park. The big annual music festival was going that weekend, so the outside was packed with multiple concerts going on, but very little of the sound made it in to the room in the evening, also an unexpected bonus!
Next door is the Grande Allee with many wonderful restaurants to choose from, including the little unassuming Chez Ashton, if you want some authentic local poutine. My son enjoyed the pool and my wife and I enjoyed the wine machines, although they can get pricey fast!
The price we found was inexpensive enough for being so close to town (highly walkable) that we kept waiting for the "gotcha", but we never got one. In fact, not having to drive all the way into town was even better. We'd happily stay here again.

This hotel was beautiful, clean and very modern. The staff was courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful!. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning did not cool our room well even after we asked for it to be looked at. This is definitely a hotel to stay in if you ever visit this beautiful city.
So we LOVED this Hotel! We arrived about an hour before checkin on a Saturday and pleased to find out that our room was ready. When we arrived to the room, i squealed like a little girl. Our room was a loft! There was a lovely sitting area and stairs going up to where the bed was. The bathroom had a claw foot tub and silk/terry cloth robes, and there was a kerig coffee maker! Now i do not know if we were just lucky and got upgraded or what. However i doubt that there is a bad room in the place (though all are probably not suites like were lucky to get). The staff was very pleasant and spoke English beautifully and with no attitude. However I have to give special props to Charles who was extemely helpful to us. The hotel's location is PERFECT! It is walking distance from many great restaurants and located right across the street from a taxi stand. We would definitely stay here again!
