We believe in letting the hotel know about issues that could affect the next guests experience. This included resolving lights not working, an street light on Hebert that was intermittent and an air dryer (no "h" as it did not actually heat the air ;-) ). Some things are within their arena to fix and ensure an awesome experience for the next guest.
