"Very safe and clean experience- friendly welcome for reception desk every time I passed. Private curtains around bed plus huge storage drawer underneath that held my entire rucksack! Showers clean, hot and powerful. Lovely breakfast with fresh pastries and loads more choice in pleasant area. Recycling points everywhere. Lots of space in room. Women only room plus next door toilets/showers. Lovely hostel, the best I've stayed in!"

"This is student accommodation that turns into a bed and breakfast over the summer. For me this meant that I had a private room close to central london for the price of a hostel bed. The building, the rooms, the bathrooms are quite old. However, it didnt really bother me since I was staying there only for one night. It was quite loud at night as its located in a busy area. "Disappointing experience. For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests. The room was not clean and we had to clean it ourselves, it was a tiny studio flat with a bed so small we could barely sleep, I...

"Is a good place but those sheets I was hitching there in the night. I wouldn’t trust those sheets on the bed . Privacy zero it’s a hostel what you expect . Receptionist where great but the facilities look broken and hold it’s a fast and convenient place for just 1 night, if you spend more than that it becomes a depressive place . I don’t really know how people live there for months . "

"We had a lovely stay. Very cute and cozy. Great bar and restaurant downstairs. Nice warm showers. Toilets being on the top floor was a little bit annoying but not a huge deal. Private rooms could do with tea and coffee facilities."
