"Comfortable overnight stay. Good parking available and the hotel is situated conveniently just on the edge of the town centre. There was a nice selection at breakfast of cereals, yoghurts, jams etc. Nice addition of an iron/ironing board in the room rather than have to go and ask for one. "

"We had to ask about the parking and we had to park behind the church. There was limited dining we had to eat elsewhere. The continental breakfast was limited but the poached eggs on toast was good, the bar wasn't open. It took a while for the hot water to come through the shower. It needs to be updated but overall the stay was good. "

"The bedroom, being upstairs, was very warm. Opening the window only helped a little. We had to open a skylight window which exposed us to possible rain. We were expecting breakfast, since the website and emails indicated it would be served, but none was provided. This caused us issues with our schedule since we had to go find food. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice."

"Peter was very accommodating for our check in after our flight was severely delayed. We were sad to only spend a night here. Our room was very cozy and clean, and Peter also made sure we had breakfast before we caught the train the next morning. Highly recommend! "

"Check in very friendly. In the middle of town, so easy to find and good for findi g place's to eat. Room very hot, not quite as depicted in the picture, but served well enough for a 1 night stop over as part of a longer trip. "

"I didnt see anyone from the hotel the whole time I was here. But i knew they were there as my registration card was waiting for me on arrival and my room had been made up. Only small hotel so what you would expect. I had a luxury sea view room with 4 poster bed and it was super comfy. had a very good nights sleep. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Very nice. I'd stay here again"

I booked this place based on the pictures shown and the espectacular view to the city and the river; however. My apartment didn't have a view and the balcony was not appealing at all. But it is well located. Inverness is not a breathtaking tourist attraction "
