"Really nicely presented hotel in a great location. 5 mins from train station and five mins from the town. Rooms on the smallish side, however the balcony helps as a place to relax. Very friendly and courteous staff so we recommend a stay if you are in the area."

"The Nook was exceptionally clean and everything looked as if it were never used before. The kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were comfortable and a smart tv in room meant I could relax and watch a movie. It was only 15 minute walk to town. The place itself was a bit hard to find. Google maps were sending me close but I eventually had to ask a local where Alexander road was."

"Nicely located a short walk from both beaches and the town centre. It is very clean and tidy. The room we stayed in was lovely. Mary who ran it was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The parking spot is invaluable in St Ives as there is literally nowhere to park without paying a fortune (if you can find a car park with a free space that is). The town has very narrow single lane roads so the last thing you want to be doing is driving round looking for somewhere to park. Very pleased...

"Lovely Easter break! The 'Owl' room was ideal for the four of us, as has bunks for the kids & a fabulous super-king bed. Superb Breakfasts & Sunday roast served by hosts Dave, Jackie & their team. 5 min drive from St Ives, didn't cause us an issue. This is quite a remote spot so would need a car as not much within walking distance. Excellent base for touring the extreme 'Pointy end' "

"Sarah’s communication was brilliant. The property is a in a beautiful rural location. The photos are fab, but don’t do the property justice, it was excellent. The attention to small details like having bed guards, high chairs etc available was brilliant, and the welcome basket of Cornish goodies was a lovely touch. "The property is excellent, with fantastic views of the beach. You can walk to St Ives in about 10 minutes, a bit steep on the way back. The swimming pool was a great success with all the family. It has a Smart TV, which is great if you are good with these new things. I did find the oven very frustrating to use. You do get instructions but not the easiest oven I have ever used. All in all a fantastic time."
