"If you stay in room 6 you get your own veranda and not overlooked. Amazing views. Quiet. And waking up to the view of the estuary. Wow. It’s worth paying extra. We will go again. "
"An excellent base for our exploring.
Very lovely friendly helpful staff, especially in the restaurant.
l was very concerned to find bathroom downstairs. Although this would not matter to most people I have urinary issues.
It would have been nice to have a little more private outdoor space."

Tucked away hotel near Falmouth
"Very pleasant stay. We arrived very late in the evening but our key was available form the bar. Very easy. Good sized room - quiet and not overlooked. Didn't have time to go to the gym or pool but looked good. Excellent breakfast with enough choice to suit most tastes.
Minor issue that the carpark isaway from the main building so suggest drive to front door to deposit cases etc and then go and park car in car park (lots of space). Grounds seemed well maintained too."

"Really enjoying our stay. Our room is very comfortable with amazing views across the harbour.
Our meal in the restaurant was good, although my fish course was very small. Service in the restaurant was excellent. "
"Good ole fashioned comfort, big squishy settees in the lounge. Swimming pool is a good size and shape.
Breakfast was great, room comfortable and quite quiet. Lovely view's across the lawns to the sea. Good position for restaurants and town by foot (useful as I can imagine parking issues in the busy periods) local history is immense! Pendennis is well worth a visit"
"We loved our stay at the Victoria. Please don't come expecting the most modern decor or facilities but if you are an appreciator of old school style and don't mind a bit of mildew or peeling paint, then the Victoria is an incredible place to stay in Newquay. We brought our young spaniel and he loved it, staff were so welcoming and the place has such charm, is located *perfectly* in town with wonderful sea views. We fell in love, and we will be back! "
"Excellent stay at the Atlantic. Lovely fresh breakfast everyday with choices between cooked and continental. Room spotless and comfortable. Only small down fall was the lift being out of service and we were on the 3rd floor. Apart from that will def be returning in the future. "
