"Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a delight. Mostly western food with mixture of pastries. My little girl enjoys the food. Location is near a subway station. Suitable for strollers. It is just opposite a market and nearby there are a lot of dinjng options available. Walkable to Namba. The only downside is the carpet cleaning which seems to be a little dirty even after we requested to clean it. Room is quite decent and the toilet is a bit small."

"Located near Osaka station so it makes travelling convenient. Convenience stores within walking distance. Safe area to stay. Decent amenities. Easy check out - just put your card into the box in the lobby. Vending machine with alcohol on the same floor as your rooms. Carpet looked like it wasn’t hoovered properly. Room was dark and dingy - not much natural light and room lighting wasn’t very bright. Depending on which side of the building you are on, it may be too noisy due to the nearby train...

"we loved this property! It was the perfect location. Right in the middle of Dontonbori, most things we wanted to do and see were so close. Being right in the middle of Dontonbori you would expect noise but it was very quite.The morning breakfast buffet was very good. For the price I was very surprised by how nice this hotel was. It was pretty spacious compare the other rooms we stayed in while in japan. we are for sure staying here again for our next visit to osaka!"

Great hotel at a very convenient location
"We had a great stay at this hotel. Very convenient on a major subway line and to many restaurants / street food (Dotonbori). There is also an awesome bakery (Die Güte) in the metro station close to exit 8. The hotel staff was very friendly, the room spacious and clean. Breakfast was good as well (also it can get very crowded). Would come back! "
