Spacious Hotel room with good spacing for three beds right next to Ōsaka station. We really enjoyed the room and extremely clean. Staff were excellent and very helpful with all our needs

Conveniently located, room is a bit smaller and old, towels are thin not fluffy. Staff are nice and professional, room is surprisingly quite considering the hotel is so close to the Osaka train station. With very limited experience staying in Japanese hotels, particularly in city centers, one should take my feedback as a grain of salt.

Fantastic. Felt more like a 4 star hotel. Location is excellent, being extremely close to Osaka Station and airport limousine station being close as well. Love the amenities, staff were kind, and room itself was clean. Only slight issue i had was the ac remote was not easy to use, with instructions only in japanese when using the qr code. Of course. i understand that being in Japan, not everything will be in english, but just a suggestion and maybe provide instructions in other languages. Besides that, i had no other issues. Didn't get a chance to check out the breakfast, but looked fairly priced for what you get. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if visiting Osaka.

The hotel is located 2 minutes away from Osaka Station which makes taking public transportation super easy. There are a lot of restaurants and shops near the hotel.

We had a good stay after we changed the room after the first night. Our 16th floor room face the railway tracks and the window was not sound proof. We could hear the trains passing every few minutes, they don’t run from midnight to 5am. The staff was very helpful and we could get a room away from the tracks and that room was very quiet and nice. We had 3 beds and we were 3. The room was spacious and comfortable. We used the coin laundry without problem. The breakfast was excellent, a wide variety of Japanese and western dishes. We travelled with a child. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is very close to Osaka station which is a maze with lots of access to food, transportation and shopping.

We stayed for 5 days-two people in a room. There was enough space for both, a small couch. We didn’t have the breakfast. Very close to the train station-no more than 5 minute walk. Lots of places to eat inside the train station. 7/11 close by as well. Would stay here again.
