I'm not regret choosing this as my 1st osaka trip hotel! The hotel staff were very friendly and the room is very nice, although a little bit small but is enough for 2 pax! Me and my wife enjoy the stay in this hotel, and it is very close to Shinsaibashi shopping street and there's a lot of food nearby to the hotel, if you looking hotel for your osaka trip, this is your best choice!

The property is great in a nicely situated location. However. A downside is the room sink did not have any hot water when washing hands. The water level is so minimum you can’t wash anything. Often time if hot water is needed to blast something for washing , we had to go in the shower or boil water.
