"Unfortunately Hotels dot com double booked the room so my "guaranteed" booking was in fact not guaranteed and I had no bed for the night!! H.C knew about the lack of availability 2 days before I was told (1 hour before check in). So, with no time to find a alternative my weekend was ruined. I must stress this has nothing to do with the hotel, I just suggest you use a different company to book. "

We had some awesome chats with lewis in particular during our short stay and can see hes destined for big things in his life! "Was staying central for surprise visit to friends, hotel was clean, but needing good upgrade, overbath shower didn’t work, and found out on floor 3&4 there were homeless accommodation No double glazing and our room looked out onto street with pubs and clubs so heard every noise till the early hours Was told breakfast was till 9.30an at weekends, got t/call on Saturday at 9am to say breakfast was finishing, ended up saying no to breakfast as we were not ready they did offer a sandwich, not at...
