"An excellent stay. Large well appointed rooms. Staff was gracious. Very comfortable bed. Lovely view and blackout curtains. The rooftop restaurant had a wide array of selections that allowed for a light or full meal. The breakfast alone would be a reason to come back. 10 minute walk to ferry terminal. Most highly recommended. "

"We had a wonderful holiday at Bella Beach. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the vibe was friendly and relaxed. It benefits from being a smaller hotel, when compared with some of the adjacent properties. We stayed in late October, so the hotel was naturally quieter, but there was still plenty on offer for guests, and particularly for families. A couple of the noted facilities (mini golf etc.) are no longer available on site, but that didn't detract from our stay. The location is also good; 20mins drive from Heraklion airport and within 60-90mins of many of the popular attractions. Our only observation is that some guests may feel that the five-star rating is misleading, but I think that's possibly a subjective point. This is a quality hotel, but it isn't the high-end luxury that some might expect of five stars. However, it is still excellent and, frankly, suited us better as a family just the way it was. "
