"on arrival we were shown to a newly refurbished room where there was free bottles of water and wine by friendly members of the family. Ours was not a spacious studio but it had everything we needed and over our stay it was cleaned daily. The free buffet breakfast had plenty of variety and was served in the immaculate pool bar, a lovely start to the day. The pool (which is an optical illusion when viewed from above) and its surroundings are superb. spacious, plenty of sunbeds and not closed...

"Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we would have liked the entertainment at the hotel to be more varied as it seemed to be geared towards children. The food at the hotel restaurants was not completely to our liking, but fortunately, there were many restaurants outside the property that were of a very good standard."

"Hotellet er det lækreste og flotteste i Malia indre by (dem ved stranden så vi dog ikke nærmere på), og ser meget luksuriøst ud med det store barområde/loungeområde, god musik og hyggelige restaurant-område med VIRKELIG god mad. Værelset vi fik var rimelig standard med dobbeltseng (to enkelte), altan med udsigt over både vand, by og bjerge, tekøkken og lille badeværelset. Badet var i ringe stand, håndholdt bruser...

"The hotel is located outside of central Malia, which is harder to access by foot if you have luggage. It's walkable and the views are splendid. The air is pure as there are many olive farms surrounding the property. It's also very breazy and It's good value for money. The only annoyance was that they demand a supplement for the aircon of 10 Euros per day, which according to Experia is included in the stay. For the 2 night stay, I wasn't going to protest. "As it was out of season, we stayed in an apartment which they use before the main season begins. This was in the main street central to all amenities, although up two lots of winding stairs, so may be difficult for some.. It was very comfortable and quiet. good wifi, very clean. We would use it again next time we visit. "
