“Good value but needs some updating.”
The hotel has a prime position and the price we paid was excellent value for half board. The food is of good standard with a wide choice. However, the beds need to be replaced and because of the poor standard of building when the hotel was built, it is not at all soundproof. The Receptionist on duty on our arrival was less than welcoming and not apologetic when the key she had given us would not open the door of our room, but a mechanic arrived quickly to repair the lock. Then the safe had not been left open by the previous occupant, but someone came to fix that too. The Hermes cannot be beaten for position and cheapness, but don't expect 4 star comfort.
“Very good value”
Atrion Hotel was a very nice place, good rooms and excellent breakfast. The price seemed to be a very good value given the quality of the hotel. The service staff was friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this Hotel twice over the last few years. It is clean, conveniently located, has helpful staff and is well located in Heraklion. Excellent value.

Hotel molto bello e comodo. Personale cordiale e premuroso. Posizione centrale nella città. Unica pecca ci sono difficoltà a trovare parcheggio nei pressi dell'hotel.
