“Holiday Express near LAX - recommend it!”

I needed a hotel near LAX. It might be a little further to the airport than indicated via advertised mileage, but it was still very close. The shuttle was on time. Only one staff member was not quite as customer focused as the rest. Overall, the customer service was excellent. I needed a delivery for dinner, and the Italian restaurant's food was fantastic - lots of food for the cost. Breakfast included hot eggs, sausages, etc. Hotel looks brand new. Only real negative for this hotel is the location. The surrounding neighborhood and businesses are 'scary'. I did not venture out at all. Recommend for business travelers.

“Bad location..Not a Holiday inn class”

Stayed at this hotel with two little kids and wife. Location is very bad. There are no good restaurants around. The only place they have near by in McDonald, Subway and Little Cesar. Hotel itself was nice but the service was just ok compare to other Holiday inn I have stayed. All vending machines were out of water bottles so I asked the reception and they pointed me to the next door candle suites to get the water bottle!!!! They do have a shuttle bus service which takes you to the airport. But if you are thinking about staying with family to fly out from LAX, please choose something close to the airport. This hotel is 3 miles away and little scratchy neighborhood.

Nice hotel in a nice location. Free internet n free secured parking. I have always stayed in the holiday in group but this is the best one so far. A good deal overall. Definetly going back

The Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great. I even enjoyed the coffee that was already in the room. Large room, television had a VGA connector that I was able to connect my laptop to. Private parking structure so not to worry about outside theft. Overall good experience.

the hotel is ok to spend the night in a bussines travel, breakfast, parking and wireless is included, the freeway 105 is two blocks ahead

“Close to Airport Convenience”

I had to stay in Los Angeles overnight to catch a morning flight. This hotel was perfect for that purpose. The free shuttle came and picked me up after a quick call to them. After a 15 minute (approx.) trip from the airport tothe hotel, I was met by friendly and courteous staff -- they handed over their left over pizza to a very hungary elderly couple that was checking in late. My room was clean and spacious. There was a free fitness room which i did not use but saw several people on the treadmills and a business center. My room had free internet access that worked fine. The free breakfast was adequate and fairly tasty. And the airport shuttle got me back to the airport on time (I made an appointment with the front desk the night before). The only negative aspect is the neighborhood in which the hotel is located. However, I would stay there again, it is a great deal.
